Maxim's Foie gras and Terrines

A new range of foie gras and terrines with an even more brillant, more attractive more Maxim's presentation ! Duck foie gras or goose foie gras, in a jar or in a tin, the range is wide enough to cover all gourmet needs and benefit from exclusive recipes such as the whole duck foie gras with pepper and Champagne.

Appetizing terrines are also available such as the duck terrine cooked with figs and Loupiac white wine, or the delicious "pâté" prepared in a truffle juice. Introducing also new Maxim's specialities : duck supreme in a foie gras sauce with champagne, or the original "coq au vin" simmered in a red Cahors wine with mushrooms.
